Why are we aligned with the Digital 2030 thought process?

ShareDat idea started with a digital future thought process. While the world started thinking on Digital transformation, we are designing it. ShareDat use cases are the small yet deep problems of today. Founder & CEO

Stephen Van de Wetering

Stephen's journey is one of visionary evolution, commencing in 2004 with the establishment of Empaxis. This pioneering endeavor focused on the optimization of middle- and back-office operations for investment managers, laying the foundation for what was to come.

Nearly a decade down the road, Stephen unveiled ShareDat, propelled by a resolute mission to redefine the landscape of information sharing. ShareDat champions the principles of security, verification, and simplicity, aspiring to become the globally preferred platform for a digitalized revolution that seamlessly facilitates information exchange.

Throughout his career, Stephen's dedication has remained steadfast in the pursuit of industry transformation and the elevation of customer experiences. His educational foundation includes a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Southern California.

DIRECTOR

Samrat Malakar

Samrat, currently holding the dual positions of President and Chief Operating Officer at Empaxis, plays a pivotal role in driving the implementation of the company's strategic objectives and ensuring that all team members meet their designated goals. Concurrently, he serves as the Director of ShareDat.

Prior to being President and COO, he served as Operations Manager and Assistant Manager at EXL. Samrat is an Advent Certified APX Consultant and a Microsoft Certified Professional. In addition, he holds a SEI CMM Level 3 certificate.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Samrat has a strong educational background. He earned his
Bachelor of Science degree from Calcutta University and subsequently obtained a GNIIT certificate in
Computer Systems from India's prestigious National Institute of Information Technology. During his
pursuit of the GNIIT certificate, he enthusiastically shared his knowledge by instructing computer
courses, highlighting his commitment to technology and education.

Jayanta Dutta

Jayanta Dutta's professional journey is a testament to his dedication and expertise in driving growth & innovation and currently holding the position of Chief Growth Officer at ShareDat.
With an extensive global career spanning over 18 years, Jayanta has accumulated a wealth of experience in key areas such as Product, Commercial, Marketing, GTM, and Digital Transformation. His career track record is marked by a consistent ability to deliver outstanding results, a testament to his strategic acumen and execution capabilities.

One of Jayanta's standout attributes is his deep understanding of customer behaviour across APAC, ME,
Africa, Oceania. This valuable insight has been cultivated through his experiences in various roles, including Chief Marketing Officer at Emtel, leadership and commercial roles at Etisalat, Digicel, Smile Communications among others. These experiences have equipped him with a well-rounded knowledge base and a proven track record of achieving remarkable outcomes.

His educational journey is equally impressive. Jayanta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the prestigious Vellore Institute of Technology. MBA in Marketing Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Demonstrating his commitment to continues learning on cutting edge of industry trends, Jayanta completed an
Executive education on 'Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy' from MIT Sloan School of Management and Digital Transformation from Columbia University.
